Notes

Quarterly tax tracker 2026: notes
Use one file per year (2026). Dates must be real dates: the quarter is taken from the month.
Invoices issued: one row per invoice. Type rates as percentages (21 %, 15 %). Exempt income goes at 0 % and counts in the 130.
Expenses: one row per supplier invoice with deductible IVA. Mark investment goods with an x: their IVA goes to boxes 30-31 and they are not an IRPF expense (add their amortisation to the summary row of other expenses).
Summary: shaded cells are for your data. The quotas are base × rate per rate, rounded to the cent, as on the 303. Amounts to compensate and negative 130 results are carried over to the next quarter automatically.
Not covered: recargo de equivalencia, simplified regime or modules, prorrata, intra-EU and reverse-charge operations, cash accounting, box 16 of the 130, corrective returns. National and regional holidays don't move the filing periods here.
110 y 111 (BOE-A-2007-6820). Valid from 2026-01-01 to 2026-12-31.

How it works

The file is generated in your browser, in the language of this page, and nothing is uploaded. In the tax tracker you write one row per invoice (date, base, IVA rate, IRPF withholding rate) and one row per expense; mark investment goods with an x so their IVA goes to boxes 30-31 and they don't count as an IRPF expense. The summary adds up each quarter: IVA charged per rate (boxes 01-09 and 150-152), deductible IVA, result 46/66 and the amount to compensate carried over to the next quarter, and for the 130 the cumulative income, expenses, the 20 %, earlier payments, withholdings and the reduction of up to 100 €. Box numbers and rates come from the same dated rule table as the quarterly models tool.

Rent ledger

Enter the start date and the monthly rent on the contract sheet and the payments sheet fills in the months and the rent due. When the annual update arrives, write its date and the variation (IPC, IRAV or the one agreed in the contract) in the update table: from that month on the new rent is used. Balance = amount paid minus rent and other charges.

Limits

The tax tracker covers the same cases as the quarterly models tool: general IVA regime, direct estimation, no recargo de equivalencia, no prorrata, no intra-EU operations. It's a helper for keeping your accounts: check the result in the AEAT programs before filing.
